2017 December Harp Concerts and Healing Harp
Post Date: December 1, 2017
Dear friends of beautiful harp sounds,
the joyous season is upon us, I hope you get to take a break over the Holidays and enjoy your time with family.
There are number of events I would like to invite you to this month.
Tonight – Harp and Healing at the Loft of Broadway Christian Church at 5.30 pm. While this is generally a season of joy and expectation, for some it is a sad time, a reminder of a loss that happened over Christmas season now or in the past. So we will have Blue Christmas tonight, I will still play Christmas music, but make a selection of slow and meditative carols that are conducive to our healing atmosphere.
This Saturday Dec. 9th at 7.30pm I will be playing a Winter Concert with the Columbia Civic Orchestra, it’s a free concert at First Baptist Church. Concertmaster Siri Geenen performs the violin solo of “Winter” from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons along with other music with wintry themes before a performance of scenes from The Nutcracker danced by members of the Perlman-Stoy School of Ballet.

On Sunday December 17th at 3pm the Missouri Symphony will our annual Symphony of Toys. This is a family oriented concert with all your Holiday favorite songs in the beautiful historic Missouri Theatre. Santa always makes a visit to this concert from North Pole! So bring your kids and enjoy!
Lastly, I will be performing for the Christmas Eve services at Missouri United Methodist Church at 7, 9 and 11 pm and I am very much looking forward to it.
I am also grateful for all the private events I am scheduled to play in December, thank you all for your support of my music.
If you are looking for meaningful presents for your friends, please consider my CDs (Healing Harp and Romantic Harp). They are both available for purchase locally at the Music Suite and at Clovers on east Broadway. They are also available for purchase on my website and Amazon. I will have them available for sale after Harp and Healing as well.
Happy Holidays!
