I absolutely adore playing my harp for wedding ceremonies! First I get to meet with the engaged couple to talk about the music selections and play samples of music for them. This is sometimes a teary event because hearing the music makes it all sound very real!
On the wedding day, I arrive at the venue a couple of hours early so I have enough time to set up, tune and chat with the wedding planner and the officiant.

Thirty minutes before the ceremony starts, the harp sound fills the room inviting people to sit down and relax in the expectation of the main event!
Then we pivot into processionals - first for family, grandparents and parents, then bridesmaids and finally the bride!
I also cover any music needed during the ceremony, recessional and postlude.
Cocktail hour is also possible, but optional.

I currently have an open spot in my studio along with an available rental harp you see in the picture. Monthly harp rental is $70 and beginners start with weekly 30 or 45 minute long lessons.
